【电鱼】3人组躲警察，被【偷猎】3人组误伤

2em;">当晚，受伤男子及两名同伴趁着夜色在河边非法电鱼，看到警车后立即躲进草丛（即警方第一次接到报警时出警现场），待警车离开三人准备出来时，另有三人恰巧也来此处试图偷猎鸟类，该“打鸟三人组”看到草丛里有动静，以为有大型鸟类，持气枪的汪某明随即对着草丛随手开了一枪，也不知道为什么这么准，正好打中“电鱼三人组”其中一名男子的腹部。受伤男子发出叫喊后，“打鸟三人组”意识到情况不对，火速驾车逃离现场，“电鱼三人组”随即开车去追，可是没追上，“电鱼三人组”只得报警求助。</span><br/></p><p 2em;">事发第二天，“打鸟三人组”中开枪伤人的汪某明让三人组中的孙某帮忙毁灭气枪。迫于警方的强大压力，汪某明将自己的叔叔汪某兵带到派出所，企图让叔叔为其“顶包”。但民警很快就识破了汪某明汪某兵叔侄俩的骗局，还顺利在池塘里找到了孙某丢掉的气枪，气枪已被送往相关部门鉴定。</p><p style="margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;text-indent:
