style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;">盐城警方接到报案后，对涉案资金流向进行分析时，发现赃款均汇入了北京某公司。经查，涉案公司有<strong>3000</strong>多个微信收款账号和<strong>300</strong>多个支付宝收款账号用于资金转移，公司每月资金流水达数千万元，涉案总金额超过<span style="color: rgb(255, 251, 0);"><strong>1.5亿元</strong></span>，<span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">受害群众超万人</span>。</p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;">“通过分析，发现受害者分布在全国各地。”在后续调查中，民警发现盐城本地还有多个受害者。随后警方成立专案组，发现一个特大公司化运营电信诈骗团伙，窝点分布在多个城市。</p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;">民警介绍，北京某公司开发的多款APP，利用隐晦的宣传用语和美女图片吸引用户安装注册，用编写的程序冒充女性用户向用户发送“想交友、想认识”等打招呼信息。当受害人“上钩”后，该团伙内部或者代招的主播，就会冒充女性会员，与受害人进行语音、视频聊天。</p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;">“目前涉案女主播有<span style="color: rgb(255, 251, 0);"><strong>5000余人</strong></span>，年龄从20岁到50岁不等。”办案民警陆石介绍说，涉案公司通过雇佣主播和编排专门的话术，让受害人相信该APP有诸多真实“想交友”的美女。</p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;">为了能吸引更多的人注册使用APP，该公司还有软件推广团队，通过各种网络平台，选择在消费能力强、被骗成功率高的地区投放广告，每个月花费的推广费就有数百万元。</p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;">在查清团伙组织体系、锁定相关犯罪证据后，6月8日，盐城警方在北京、西安、杭州等地同步展开收网行动，成功抓获以严某、杨某为首的犯罪嫌疑人242名，现场查获用于作案的笔记本电脑、手机若干。</p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent: 2em;">“负责技术开发的人员大多为高学历人才，有些人甚至还不知道自己已成为电信诈骗团伙的帮凶。”经过初步审讯，警方发现该电诈团伙层级和分工明确，其内部职能不仅设置海外业务、主播代理团队、财务团队、客服团队等，甚至还有专人负责研发客户端和产品设计。</p><p style="margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;text-indent:
