29);">为争夺工程、收取地下赌场保护费、开设赌场，该组织公然以暴力、威胁等手段实施寻衅滋事、插手经济纠纷、帮人摆平事端、非法高利放贷</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;color:#000;">等多起违法犯罪活动，长期疯狂敛财，攫取巨额非法经济利益3000余万元。</span></p><p><br/></p><p 15px;color:#000;">2018年9月，戴某得知已叛离该组织的胡某被公安机关立案查处，心生恐惧，遂召集崔某等成员安排潜逃及订立攻守同盟等事宜后外逃。同年11月17日，戴某在越南境内被抓获，后被移交我国警方，其他成员及涉案人员亦陆续被抓获归案。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p 15px;color:#000;">由于该案社会影响大，涉案人员多，盐城经开区检察院办案组依法提前介入引导侦查，加强证据审核把关。2019年7月10日，案件被移送审查起诉，专案组翻阅卷宗材料45本，提审讯问20余次，形成18万字的审查报告。办案中，检察院积极与公安机关沟通，针对相关证据不充足问题，提出40条补充侦查意见，发现遗漏罪行1起，新增犯罪事实4起，发现7起保护伞及渎职线索。</span></p><p><br/></p><p
