“富二代”频繁借款“人间蒸发”，女孩得知真相后差点急哭

受害人小李说，“男友”陈某是大丰本地人，两人是今年2月份在QQ上认识的，互相加微信聊了一段时间后，确定恋爱关系。不过，两人见面次数并不多，几乎都在微信上联系，陈某对小李说自己是“富二代”，其名下除拥有多辆法拉利豪车外，还在南京经营一家网吧。但令小陈不解的是，两人交往后不久陈某就开始以“车辆需要缴保险”“和朋友打牌缺点钱”“网吧差点资金周转”等借口向小李借钱。</span></section><section 起初，小李也没多想，每次只要听说男友需要资金救急就立马给他转账。几个月下来，为了帮助陈某，小李不仅自己借出9万余元，就连身边朋友也都被她借了个遍。眼看还款期已过，小李反复催男友陈某还钱却被一再推脱。“他每次只是承诺过几天就还钱，可就是没动静。”小李说，日子一天天过去，借款数额越积越多，她能联系到陈某的概率却越来越小，直至完全失联，这才意识到自己被骗，遂报警求助。</span></section><section 大丰区公安局万盈派出所民警接到报警后，迅速开展侦查工作，根据小李提供的微信号和手机号，锁定犯罪嫌疑人陈某并将其抓获。经审讯，陈某对其诈骗小李的犯罪事实供认不讳。事实上，陈某并不是什么“富二代”，他本人既没有豪车，也没有经营网吧，只是来自普通的工薪家庭。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><p><span 随着案件办理的深入，民警发现陈某疑似一名网络交友诈骗“惯犯”。据陈某交代，他将驾驶朋友法拉利的图片发布在抖音、微信等多个社交软件中，并虚构自己在南京经营网吧，通过社交软件与多名女性聊天，然后添加微信好友骗取钱财。“除去受害人小李外，我们已查实另外3名分别来自江苏常熟、广东、江西的女孩，被陈某以假借谈恋爱的名义诈骗3.6万元。”办案民警表示，目前犯罪嫌疑人已退赃近10万元，该案仍在进一步侦办中。</span></section><section
