255);">2014年9月，潘其军利用职务之便，分别向阜城街道童星幼儿园和新世纪幼儿园负责人打招呼，帮助其子潘某鉴开展保险业务，后潘某鉴分别承接了童星幼儿园2015年秋学期至2016年春学期、新世纪幼儿园2015年春学期至2018年秋学期的学幼险业务。另，2013年3月，县教育局校园监控系统设备维护到期，潘其军将设备维护业务交给外甥孙某军承做，后孙某军借用资质与潘其军代表的县教育局签订了设备维护合同，合同期限自2013年3月15日至2016年2月15日，每年维护费4万元。2020年1月13日，潘其军受到党内警告、政务警告处分。</span><br 255);">2019年8月，新墩社区五保户李某某90岁生日前夕，其晚辈徐某山（新墩社区网格员）向社区副书记徐伟咨询李某某生日补助事宜。徐伟将此事报社区书记王且峰，后经“两委”成员集体会商后，由徐伟代表社区在李某某生日当天，送去2000元慰问金及价值468元的蛋糕一份。2019年9月10日，徐某山提议以感谢社区慰问为由宴请社区干部，并邀请李某某养女徐某燕等人参加，当晚，徐某山在某大酒店宴请王且峰、徐伟等人，徐某燕支付酒店餐费960元。2020年1月，王且峰、徐伟分别受到党内警告处分，王且峰将960元餐费退还给李某某。</span><br
