16px;margin-right: 16px;">7月6日下午，江苏省射阳法院黄沙港法庭法官前往四明镇建港村，深入田间地头进行现场勘查,并从法理、情理方面作调解工作，成功化解王某某兄弟4人土地承包经营权纠纷。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;">2017年，王某某兄弟4人父亲去世前将其种植的一块土地分配给4兄弟种植，但王老三认为案涉承包地是其在二轮承包时交给父亲种植的，遂多次要求其余三兄弟归还土地，兄弟间产生纠纷。经村委会及4人亲戚多次协调未果，近日，王老三将其3兄弟诉至射阳法院，要求收回土地。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;">黄沙港法庭于7月6日上午开庭审理该案，但因涉及承包地位置等，且双方争执激烈，合议庭难以理清具体情况，故承办法官与人民陪审员决定于当天下午至田间地头勘查现场，确保妥善化解纠纷、公平公正裁判。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;"><br/></p><p 16px;">当天下午，承办法官一行顶着烈日奔赴村委会了解情况并调取案涉承包地账册，随后又到承包地现场进行查看，确定案涉承包地实为王老三所有。最终，经过法官晓之以理、动之以情的耐心调解，在王老三一声“哥哥，不管怎么样田就给我吧”和哥哥们一声“好，这田给你了”及围观村民的掌声中，兄弟几人达成和解，握手言和，重归于好。</p><p style="text-indent:
