射阳警方破获系列跨省流窜技术开锁入室盗窃案

16px;">射阳县公安局刑警大队接到市公安局指令，有一个技术开锁入室盗窃团伙流窜至射阳县境内，要求基层各派出所进行排查。通过市局前期车辆线索比对民警很快锁定到苏JJ开头的白色轿车，追踪到嫌疑车辆在射阳县某小区出现过。于是民警立即对该小区及周边近400户居民展开走访排查，发现确实有人反映家里丢失了财物，均是黄金首饰之类。通过详细的现场勘查，民警发现受害人家中门窗都是完好无损，无明显撬动痕迹，这极有可能是技术开锁盗窃团伙所为。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;">入室盗窃案直接威胁人民群众的生命财产安全，严重影响人民群众的幸福感、安全感。射阳县公安局刑警大队大队长孙洪亮对此案高度重视，立即成立专案小组，组织民警对案件进行研判，明确侦查方向，同时将案件信息上报市局，在市局的大力支持与指导下，民警开展侦查攻坚工作，克服线索少、任务重、时间紧等重重困难，积极开拓破案思路，通过调查走访及调取周边路面监控视频，办案民警日夜筛查以大海捞针的方式展开延伸分析，终于确定3名犯罪嫌疑人体貌特征。</p><p 16px;">2020年6月3日，侦查民警得到线索，追踪到该3名犯罪嫌疑人活动轨迹。事不宜迟，刑警大队大队长孙洪亮带队组成三个抓捕小组，分别紧盯该3名犯罪嫌疑人。追踪过程中，嫌疑人非常狡猾，多次往返苏州、常州、阜宁等地，民警一方面线上追踪嫌疑人动向，一方面赶赴千里之外进行布控，伺机抓捕。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;">功夫不负有心人，民警驱车追踪一天一夜，终于在苏州某宾馆内锁定到主要嫌疑人高某将的车辆，成功将其抓获。随后，其余抓捕小组立即开展行动，一举将该团伙其他成员高某中、刘某旭两人全部抓获。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;">经调查，犯罪嫌疑人高某将、高某中和刘某旭均来自盐城阜宁，三人还是同乡，都没有正经工作，平时游手好闲。三人共同之处是都有过案底，分别因盗窃、抢劫曾被公安机关处理过，现在仍不思悔改继续作案。嫌疑人高某将作为盗窃团伙首脑，在实施盗窃过程中负责技术开锁，而另两人则负责望风、开车。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;">经交代，高某中和刘某旭在高某将的说服下，三人一拍即合，有计划地实施盗窃。他们盗窃的目标首选黄金，得手后果断进行销赃，所得来的钱财都已经全部被挥霍了。法网恢恢，违法必惩，他们终究为自己的行为付出代价。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 16px;margin-right:
