射阳县夏粮单产总产再创新高！

8px;">日前，从射阳县农业农村局获悉，今年全县夏粮单产、总产再创新高。全县夏粮实际播种面积147万亩次(含三大农场)，小麦平均产量415公斤/亩，总产12.16亿斤，与去年相比略增。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;">近年来，该县始终把保障粮食安全作为农业农村工作的重中之重紧抓不放，深入实施藏粮于地、藏粮于技战略，抢抓农时季节，全力做好夏收夏种工作，落实收购价政策，顺利推进夏粮收购，不失时机抓好农业结构调整，全力以赴夺取夏粮丰产丰收。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;">为保障粮食安全，该县全面落实耕地保护补贴、稻谷补贴、秸秆机械化还田补贴以及农机具购置补贴等惠农政策，今年县财政拿出976万元采购小麦赤霉病防治药剂免费发放给全县农户，保证小麦赤霉病防治全覆盖。抓实粮食生产关键环节集成技术的推广与应用，今年扬麦、镇麦、宁麦等小麦主推品种播种面积达到125万亩，占全县小麦播种面积的89%。县财政安排487万元，重点打造24个粮食高产高效示范区，通过示范辐射带动，水稻塑盘育苗、小麦宽幅精量条播、秸秆机械全量还田等新技术覆盖率分别达70%、85%和95%。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;">该县建立健全县、镇、村农技服务体系，常态化开展病虫害、耕地地力、墒情等信息监测，及时发布各种农情信息，指导全县粮食生产。建立“1+N”结对服务机制，县镇村三级农技人员每人对接服务不少于3个家庭农场或种田大户，及时解决他们在生产过程中遇到的各种难题。推广“产前、产中、产后”社会化服务，提高农业规模化服务水平，为粮食生产提供农机作业、农资采购、粮食加工等“一站式”“一条龙”配套服务。该县现有各类农机社会化服务组织201家，服务面积达361万亩，农机社会化“五统一”服务面积占比超80%;专业化病虫害防治组织358个，其中日作业量5000亩以上的8个;植保机械保有量4421台，日作业能力13.4万亩。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;">去年，该县继续发挥村“两委”组织协调作用，开展土地流转，实现粮食生产规模经营，凡农村土地流转全部通过省农村交易信息服务平台进行交易，2019年以来，全县交易的土地面积达8.56万亩。全县现有稻麦产业家庭农场700个、种植大户435个、合作社60个，100亩以上稻麦适度规模种植面积占全县粮食种植面积的43%。</p><p style="text-indent:
