!important;">射阳县助残志愿者联合会（以下简称“射阳助残会”）前身为射阳县牵手公益，成立于2016年6月23日。2017年7月经县民政局注册，由射阳残联直管的志愿者社会团体组织；该协会是由全县志愿献身社会公益与社会保障事业的各界人士自愿组成的非营利性群众组织。同步，经过县组织部批准，成立射阳助残会党支部。经过三年多的发展，目前在册志愿者600多人，志愿者党员58名，会员遍及射阳县的各行各业，我们以自愿为原则贡献个人的时间及精力，在没有任何物质报酬的情况下，助残扶弱，播撒爱心，为改善社会服务、促进社会进步而提供无偿服务。<br !important;">几年来，射阳助残会致力于助残扶弱事业，特别是帮扶特困残疾人群体等方面，进行了许多尝试。先后组织开展一系列爱心活动，将爱的触角延伸到各个层面，基本涵盖全县特别困难的残疾家庭。三年多来，共累计发动志愿者28000多人次，参与志愿活动518场次，平均每年达170余场，志愿服务时长20000多小时。仅2019年7月——2020年7月，助残志愿者从清凉慰问，暖冬行动，敬老爱老，助学活动，到关爱弱势群体，关注贫困家庭，关怀残疾人士，乃至于疫情期间的宣传、慰问、捐赠……先后开展了112场活动，其中疫情期间就占34场。</span></p><p
