!important;">目前我县出租车客运价格是2011年11月制定的，随着形势的发展，出租车行业经营成本不断加大，价格结构性矛盾突出。2020年3月，我委接到经县交通运输局同意，江苏丹鹤汽车运输有限公司和射阳县腾飞汽车出租有限公司联合报来的要求调整射阳县巡游出租汽车客运价格的报告。为维护出租车从业人员和消费者的合法权益，体现出租车行业高劳动强度、高风险与出租车从业人员收入的合理匹配，促进我县出租车行业的健康发展，根据《中华人民共和国价格法》、《政府制定价格听证办法》的规定和要求，我委会同县交通运输局研究制定了出租车价格调整方案，要点如下：</p><p style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2em;font-family: 微软雅黑;text-indent: 2em;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">（一）、<strong style="overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">出租车起步价。建议将起步价调整为7元，起步里程仍然为2公里。</span></strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2em;font-family: 微软雅黑;text-indent: 2em;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">（二）、计程单位运价。根据成本监审结果，单位载客公里定价成本为2元/公里。原标准起步里程之外的单位运价为白天1.5元/公里，夜间1.70元/公里，运价与成本明显倒挂。导致出租车驾驶员不愿意在起步里程之外载客，对路途较远的乘客经常拒载，或者违法经营，不打表，与乘客相互议价。<strong style="overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">为此，建议将里程运价调整为1.70元/公里，不再区分白天和夜间。</span></strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;line-height: 2em;font-family: 微软雅黑;text-indent: 2em;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">（三）、等候费。为满足部分乘客在车辆行使过程中要求停车等候的要求，建议仍然保留等候费，<strong style="overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span
