!important;">晚上10点左右，救援的海巡艇赶到遇险渔船的海域，一艘船号为辽营渔13333的渔船搁浅在那里，无法动弹，由于事发导堤处的吃水较浅、风浪涌浪较大，救援的海巡艇经过几次的尝试，最终在渔船的船头部位成功靠帮，先将船上11名船员转接到海巡艇上，随后转送到与其同行的另一艘辽营渔53333号渔船上。与此同时，救援人员联系了如交拖一号大功力拖轮赶到现场，准备将搁浅渔船拖离搁浅地，但由于吃水太浅，不能强行拖离，救援人员只得暂时放弃，等待涨潮再进行救援。凌晨2点左右，潮水开始上涨，但仍然无法进行拖离救援，凌晨4点20分左右，拖拽搁浅渔船的缆绳再次扣上渔船，拖轮加大油门后，成功将搁浅渔船拖离搁浅导堤。</span></p><section
