记者暗访盐城污水处理厂--- 响水、阜宁问题突出！射阳不在其中

0);"><strong>盐城响水县黄圩镇生活污水处理厂</strong></span>。此时正值工作时间，但该厂内空无一人，没有任何运行迹象。厂区内蛛网密布，池内基本都漂浮着厚厚的浮萍。在设备间，暗访组还发现，该厂用于过滤污泥的压滤布洁白如新；水质在线监测设备也处于关闭状态，设备内用于水质检测的化学试剂早在2018年11月就过期了。7月14日上午，暗访组再次来到该厂，发现厂区已开始运转。但进水水质清澈，无生活污水特质。而且曝气池内无活性污泥，说明生化系统已失效，整套设备处于空转状态。</span></p><p
