29);"><strong>不仅禁食，各个环节也要全面禁捕、禁止交易。</strong></span>全面禁止以食用为目的猎捕、交易、运输在野外环境自然生长繁殖的陆生野生动物。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">禁止食用的野生动物及其制品，餐饮服务提供者不得购买、储存、加工或者出售。电子商务平台不得为使用禁止食用的野生动物及其制品制作的食品提供交易服务。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><span style="color: rgb(190, 26, 29);"><strong>如果非法食用，根据不同类别进行处罚。</strong></span>比如，食用国家重点保护野生动物及其制品的，没收野生动物及其制品和违法所得，并处野生动物及其制品价值二倍以上二十倍以下罚款。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">如果餐饮服务提供者非法购买、储存、加工、出售禁止食用的野生动物及其制品、食品的，野生动物及其制品、食品<span style="color: rgb(190, 26, 29);"><strong>价值或者货值金额不足一万元的，处十万元以上十五万元以下罚款；价值或者货值金额一万元以上的，处价值或者货值金额十五倍以上三十倍以下罚款；情节严重的，依法吊销许可证。</strong></span></span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">同时，禁止非法猎捕、杀害野生动物。禁止出售、购买、利用国家重点保护野生动物及其制品。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
