嫁到盐城19年的云南姑娘，却一直没落户……

今年39岁的那丫出生在云南省勐海县布朗山族乡班章村。19年前，那丫在上海打工时偶遇陈戴村村民戴启军，两人很投缘，很快确定了恋爱关系。“在阜宁老家办了简单的婚宴，婚后我们继续打工。”戴启军说，儿子和女儿相继出生，给这个家增添了无限的欢乐。遗憾的是妻子的户口在云南娘家，给她的生活、交通和保险等带来诸多不便。</section><section style="line-height: “我父母不同意我嫁给戴启军，不肯提供相关身份资料，这么多年，户口都没迁成。”那丫苦恼地说，生完孩子后，因为没有身份证，没法出门打工，只能留在家里种地。近年来，村民住宅陆续搬迁，戴启军家也在其中。“土地依法征用实行‘土地换社保’，我因为户口没迁过来，享受该项政策遇到了困难。”那丫说，无奈之下，她只得求助吴滩派出所。</section><section style="line-height: 吴滩派出所张指导员接手后，带领民警两次到村组召开座谈会，确认这桩婚姻属自由恋爱，不是拐卖妇女行为，而且生育一男一女，形成事实婚姻。张指导员根据座谈纪要，那丫丈夫、子女各自身份等资料形成综合调查报告，分别网上呈达那丫出生地云南公安部门和阜宁县公安局户政中队，求助依法落实那丫户口转籍事宜。据相关信息反馈，那丫所在地派出所、乡镇、司法、村委会联合疏导那丫父亲兄妹支持这桩婚姻。终于，那丫户口从云南通过人口平台相关迁转机制，精准迁移到阜宁县公安局后，又转入吴滩派出所辖区。那丫户口成功落户夫家。</section><p><br/></p></section></section></section><section
