途中高先生突然想起自己的加油卡加完油后没有及时取出，随即从就近收费站掉头回到事发地，此时为时已晚，加油卡已消失得无影无踪，高先生只好报警求助。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 接到报警后，市公安局交警支队高速四大队带班领导高度重视，立即组织当班民警开展调查。通过调取响水服务区西区加油站的监控，结果发现高先生加完油离开后，一辆浙江牌照的大货车在同一加油机上加油，货车司机加完油后顺手带走了高先生遗落的油卡。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 民警立即通过网络平台进行查询，得知该车主要信息后。民警通过电话联系到了正在驾车的货车司机。此时该货车司机正为当天下午的意外之财而暗自高兴，不曾想警方的电话来得如此之快，通过耐心细致的做货车驾驶员的思想工作，让其意识到自己的行为已触犯了法律。货车驾驶员只好在就近服务区在民警的见证下将加油卡和盗刷的3000元现金如数退还给了高先生。</span></p><p><br/></p><p
