2em;">射阳县按照“政府主导、国企主体、社会参与、市场化运作”的思路，多点发力，建立以旅投公司等国有企业为实施主体，社会资本、民间资本和个人共同参与的造林投入机制，形成强大合力。县属国有公司根据不同区块，加大造林绿化力度，其中县旅投、农水投、国投重点开展规模造林，镇级国有公司负责森林小镇和森林村庄建设。同时，鼓励企业、家庭农场、专业大户等主体积极分担任务，投身造林绿化。</p><p 2em;">同时，射阳县多方整合林业资源，激活国有资产，充实造林资本，强化植树资金保障。县旅投公司成功申报射阳县沿海国家生态储备林项目，获批30亿元林业贷款，为造林绿化注入新鲜“血液”。同时，加大生态造林的考核奖补力度，出台2020年生态造林绿化工作实施意见和考核奖补办法。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent:
