!important;">土壤污染防治法是我国规范防治土壤污染的专门法律，于2019年1月1日起施行。今年8月，中共中央政治局常委、全国人大常委会委员长栗战书率全国人大常委会执法检查组来我省检查土壤污染防治法实施情况。为推动土壤污染防治法的贯彻执行，落实好栗战书委员长的检查要求，省人大常委会进一步加强了执法检查。</span></p><section style="max-width: !important;">在我县，检查组听取盐城市和我县近年来土壤改良、土壤污染防治等情况介绍，了解土壤污染防治法执行情况。我县地处里下河下游，全县土壤分盐土和水稻土两个大类、26个土种，经过长期坚持不懈的土壤治理和改良，我县的水稻生产和中药材种植已成为富民的重要产业。检查组来到洋马镇菊花种植基地，实地察看土壤改良给中药材种植等带来的发展变化。当地针对土壤碱性大、盐分高的状况，通过改善排灌条件、实施水旱轮作、河道长效保洁等措施，持续压降土壤盐碱成分，综合运用互联网、物联网技术，推广绿色有机种植、建立动态监控平台，实现了土壤改良、产业发展、农民增收。娄勤俭充分肯定了盐城市和我县围绕土壤治理改良所付出的艰苦努力。他说，土壤是人类赖以生存的物质基础，直接关系人民生命健康和粮食安全，对江苏来说，土壤质量更关系“三农”工作大局，关系能不能把饭碗牢牢端在自己手里。娄勤俭指出，相较于大气和水体污染，土壤污染更不容易被发觉和重视，往往形成历史遗留问题。我们要保持清醒认识，进一步加大土壤污染治理和修复力度，有效切断各类污染源，推进土壤污染防治法落实落细，真正让老百姓吃得放心、住得安心。</span></p><p
