5px;">因在研究利用基因组编辑技术上，建立起杂交水稻无融合生殖体系这一成果，8月28日射阳籍研究员王克剑获得中国科学院2020年度陈嘉庚青年科学奖。“杂交水稻之父”、中国工程院院士袁隆平给予高度评价：“这项工作证明了杂交稻进行无融合生殖的可能性，是无融合生殖研究领域的重大突破。”</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;margin-bottom: 5px;">王克剑1983年出生在射阳县新坍镇新集村，2000年考入扬州大学农学专业，2004年考入中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所，2009年获得理学博士学位，2013年开始任中国水稻研究所研究员，不久担任水稻生物学国家重点实验室副主任。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;margin-bottom: 5px;">王克剑研究中发现，通过杂交种虽可获得农业性状良好的植株，但杂交的后代会出现性状分离问题，导致其后代良莠不齐。“有没有可能以基因编辑技术，排除生殖基因对维持优良性状的干扰，利用无融合生殖方法克隆出种子，让杂交水稻优质基因代代相传？”2014年王克剑以此作为攻关方向，中国水稻研究所任命他为“基因编辑及无融合生殖”团队首席科学家。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;margin-bottom: 5px;">无融合生殖是通过种子进行无性繁殖固定杂交种基因，从而彻底颠覆传统育种及种子生产程序，是世界性难题。王克剑迎难而上，带领团队一头扎进去。每天早上，他总是第一个走进实验室，经常在设备前一坐就是一天。晚上回到家又坐到电脑前研究，有时甚至连吃饭都忘记了。即使出差途中，他也竭力挤出等候高铁、飞机的间隙，抓紧一切机会在电脑上分析演算、整理数据。为掌握第一手资料，王克剑还经常走进试验田，选取水稻样本，现场记录、拍照，常常弄得自己一身泥一身汗。“因为常年开着电脑随时工作，王老师的笔记本电脑电池已经不知道坏了换、换了坏多少次了。”队员刘庆说。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;margin-bottom: 5px;">在经历无数次失败后，王克剑团队终于迎来了胜利的曙光。2019年1月，世界生物科学顶级期刊《自然·生物技术》在线发表了王克剑科研团队利用基因编辑技术建立起水稻无融合生殖体系，成功克隆出杂交稻种子，首次实现杂交稻性状稳定遗传下一代的成果。此后，王克剑还带领团队建立起水稻多基因、多变体编辑重组系统，为保障杂交水稻高产稳产、品质优良提供了技术支撑。据悉，王克剑先后主持国家、省部10多个科研项目，获国家发明专利6项，被农业农村部表彰为“杰出青年农业科学家”。</p></section><section
