border-box;">不久前，射阳生态环境局接到上级生态环境保护部门交办的投诉信访件，反映一家塑料包装有限公司水洗塑料项目未批先产、焚烧生产废料并偷排废水。射阳生态环境局高度重视，主要领导第一时间带队赶赴现场调查处置。经现场核查，信访件反映的“焚烧生产废料”问题属实，但“水洗塑料项目未批先产”和“偷排废水”问题不属实。</p><p style="text-indent: border-box;">对此，射阳生态环境局对该公司“焚烧生产废料”的违法行为进行了立案查处，要求其立即停止违法行为，并组建专门工作班子入驻企业，按照存在的问题追根溯源，指导整改。督察整改工作组组长、射阳生态环境局长孙鸿斌表示：“本着‘实事求是’的监管执法原则，我们对企业违法行为坚决查处，督促整改。同时，采取“一企一策”的办法与措施，在职能范围内，尽可能地帮助企业解决实际问题和困难，助推企业轻装上阵，高质量发展。”</p><p
