目前，我县共有注册红十字志愿者近千名，拓展形成居家养老服务志愿者、博爱家园等8支专业化志愿服务队伍。志愿者在县红十字会的引领指导下，以健康关怀、扶危济困、助老助残、助学助孤为主要内容，广泛开展红十字志愿服务进社区、进农村、进学校等活动，为孤儿、孤寡失能老人、受灾和患病的困难群众送去关爱和温暖，取得良好的社会效果，先后涌现出陈晓平、辛立刚、周健等一批优秀红十字会志愿者。其中，捐献造血干细胞志愿服务群体获评“最美射阳人”的陈晓平荣获“全国无偿捐献造血干细胞奖特别奖”、盐城市“道德模范”等称号，示范带动更多的人加入红十字志愿服务队伍，助力我县精神文明建设。</span></p></section><section
