normal;">1、<strong>注意潮汐规律。</strong>每天涨退潮时间各不相同，要注意周边的水位趋势。尽量靠近岸边，避免因地势过高被困，难以逃脱。切忌于退潮时游泳，否则很容易会被潮水带离安全水域。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">2、<strong>避让淤泥。</strong>泥沙、淤泥混合的地方有陷入的风险，自救难度大。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">3、<strong>提防暗流漩涡。</strong>在潮汐作用下，礁石附近会产生暗流和漩涡，会阻碍游泳者的行动。并且礁石尖锐，容易造成意外事故。</p><p style="white-space:
