0);">“我们的农家书屋总面积100平方米，位于党群服务中心的一楼，便于群众来这里读书休闲。目前有政治、少儿、农业科技等20多种10000余册图书，今年还开辟了党史学习教育专题，组织党员干部开展党史专题读书活动26场次。”特庸镇王村村负责人说，全民阅读是一项百年树人的基础工程，2019年在党群服务中心建设时，党委政府将农家书屋建设列入重点项目，精准对接群众需求，将王村农家书屋建成五星级农家书屋。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section 0);">2018年，孙维佳来到特庸镇红旗居委会做了一名村居宣传文化管理员，从那时起，农家书屋就成了她的主阵地。“我们打造了‘红旗有声读书会’阅读志愿服务品牌，邀请老同志、退休教师等担任志愿者，以留守儿童为帮扶对象，依托新时代文明实践中心建设，积极开展志愿服务活动。”孙维佳说。孙维佳是射阳238个村居宣传文化管理员工作在基层一线的缩影。</span></p><p 0);">我县在开展党员冬训的过程中，创新学习方式方法，不断延伸冬训学习链，把农家书屋作为党员冬训期间自学的一处主阵地，通过农家书屋这个阵地，着力推动基层党员的读书、用书。同时还将“农民小课堂”办到农家书屋，针对不同对象变“灌输式”培训为“互动式”培训，分别组织开展理论宣讲、新型职业农民素质提升、创业就业政策等公益互助培训活动有效提升了党员干部的理论层次，丰富了广大村民的文化生活。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
