0);">兴桥镇禾谷盈家庭农场位于兴桥镇红星村，目前农场流转土地413亩，家庭农场制订了规范的水稻、小麦生产标准和技术规程，生产的稻谷、小麦符合无公害农产品质量安全要求。农场与种子公司签定良种种植合同，主要为种子公司种植小麦、水稻等良种。农场实行统一经营，统一管理，种、收全程机械化，既降低了种植成本，同时又转移农村剩余劳动力59人以上。同时，农场坚持走特色订单农业之路，始终秉持“扎根于农村，面向于农业，服务于农民”的“三农”精神，在农场的引领和带动下，辖区内农户的机械化种植水平明显提高，新品种，新技术得到有效推广，赢得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。</span></section></section><section></section><p 0);">陈海军家庭农场成立后，为提高为农服务能力，大力推广应用新机具，拥有3台高性能乘坐式插秧机、一台筛土机、5台播种流水线、1台1204轮式拖拉机、铲车1台。浇筑了1800平方米的晒场，新建360平方米的粮食仓储。在农业生产中，能够全面应用推广“射阳大米”优质食味稻南粳9108新品种、测土配方施肥、稻麦秸杆机械化全量还田与机插秧集成技术、病虫害绿色防控技术等，为全镇的种植大户、家庭农场作示范做表率，群众满意度达95%。</span><span 0);">培育发展示范家庭农场是推动全县家庭农场高质量发展的重要举措。近年来，我县通过大力实施乡村振兴战略，整合优势资源发展优势特色产业，逐步形成以南桑、北蒜、东渔、西米、中蔬菜的现代农业产业发展格局。截至目前，共培育市级以上农业龙头企业71家、市级以上农民合作社59家，1037个家庭农场纳入县级家庭农场名录管理，其中36个家庭农场被评为“省级示范家庭农场”。根据相关规定，获评“省级示范家庭农场”后可以优先享受政策扶持，优先承担财政支农项目。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p></p><link
