16px;">在学习《江苏省地方政府储备粮管理办法》、《江苏省地方政府储备粮省级补助资金管理办法》后，王宁指出，《办法》对进一步完善我省地方政府储备粮管理体制与运行机制，保障政府储备安全，提升储备调控效能，规范资金使用等具有重要意义。他要求，各镇区、各部门要切实把思想和行动统一到党中央决策部署和省市县委工作要求上来，坚决扛起维护粮食安全的政治责任，规范做好各项工作，确保粮食安全。要坚持农地农用、粮地粮用，牢牢守住耕地红线和国家粮食安全生命线。要加强粮食储备企业监管，不断提升全县粮食储备、生产加工、应急保障能力。要主动自觉、无条件地全力支持配合和接受省委涉粮巡视监督，统筹“当下改”和“长久治”，努力在解决问题中提高全县粮食安全水平。</span></section><section 16px;">会议研究讨论并原则同意《关于进一步健全重大决策社会稳定风险评估制度的实施意见》。就做好相关工作，王宁强调，各镇区、各相关部门和单位要提高思想认识，坚决把社会稳定风险评估作为重大决策的前置条件，以强烈的责任感和使命感扎实推进该项工作，做到“应评尽评”。严格按照《意见》要求，狠抓制度落实，加强对全县社会风险评估工作的统筹协调与督查指导，确保各项制度规范落实到位；深入开展风险调查，对于社会稳定风险点要做到早发现、早介入、早化解，确保全县社会大局和谐稳定。</span></section><section
