style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">射阳县公安局反诈中心立刻通知辖区派出所民警带朱先生去银行冻结银行卡号，同步发起紧急止付指令，经市公安局急速审批，两级公安机关联动处置，就在钱转到嫌疑人卡里还没来得及转出时，成功止付。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 数据显示：今年1至9月份，全县交通事故死亡人数同比下降33.58%，道路交通运输事故同比下降54.5%，未有人员死亡，未发生一次亡人3人及以上交通事故，未发生涉及客车、危化品运输车等重点运输车辆交通事故，道路交通安全形势持续向好。 <br/> 市民王先生在“平安射阳”微信公众号后台留言反映“停车难”问题。射阳县公安局多次实地踏勘县城主次干道车流量及停车泊位需求，以“应划尽划、能划尽划”为原则，最大限度在县城区域施划停车泊位。开展公共停车场收费专项整治，整合社会资源，统一纳入管理，推动停车场规范、合理、有序运作。目前，12家公共收费停车场接入盐城市智慧停车平台，在县城商业中心周边、新城大道、人民路、解放路等多处停车需求量较大路段，新增552个全时段停车泊位，有效缓解了机动车停车难问题。</p></section><section
