!important;">检查过程中，各参与部门坚持问题导向，严格对照标准和职责分工认真进行检查。教育部门重点查看培训机构办学的相关证件，对组织管理、课程安排、教学内容、任课教师、作息时间、课业负担等情况进行了检查排查；公安部门对培训机构安全管理制度落实情况、安保器材准备、视频监控、保安配备等进行了检查；金融监督管理部门重点检查校外培训机构办学行为的行政检查、资金监管合同格式条款；市场监管部门重点检查培训机构广告宣传、收退费标准、培训服务合同的签订情况，以及是否存在利用合同不公平格式条款免除自身责任、加重消费者责任、排除消费者法定权利的侵害消费者权益违法行为；税务部门重点查看是否有不缴或者少缴已扣已收税款行为、是否有逃避追缴欠税行为、是否有应扣未扣应收而不收税款行为、是否有虚开发票行为、是否有不缴或者少缴税款行为等方面落实情况。对检查发现的问题，建立整改台账，逐一督促销号整改到位。</span></p><section
