normal;">联动社区、医护等社会力量，组成“三人小组”开展上一次门、量一次体温、做一次登记、发一份资料，是何振荣在疫情防控工作中积极创建“智慧平安网格”的创新举措，他几乎每天“泡”在社区排查走访、核查数据，用脚步丈量社区每一个角落，用担当扛起社区“三包一”管控责任。“白天完不成，晚上就接着排”，在对高危地区的人员数据核查中，为了确保数据的准确性，何振荣坚持亲自逐一把关、逐一核查、逐一上报，做到了交办数据核查不过夜、上门核查数据零遗漏。同时他还充分利用创建的网格工作群，转发防疫信息，发挥集群效益，推动战“疫”联防联控工作，筑牢了疫情防控的社区防线。</p></section></section><section normal;">“何警官，我遇到难事了”凌晨2点多，何振荣接到了辖区群众张某的电话，称其在网上裸聊，现在对方要求转账5万元，否则就要将聊天信息曝光，张某担心转账后对方仍不罢休，于是打来了求助电话。何振荣立马意识到，张某很有可能遇到诈骗了，让他千万不要转账，但是听张某在电话里支支吾吾的，何振荣不放心，连夜赶到张某家中，当面讲解诈骗套路，成功打消了张某的念头。为了守护好辖区群众的“钱袋子”，何振荣创新“五个一”反诈工作法，组建反诈微信群，坚持每天推送反电诈警方提示，每周与辖区单位财会人员见一次面，每月到社区开展一次反诈报告会，并创办“城中所老何一警”抖音号，业余时间自制反电诈短视频28个，广泛推送辖区各微信群组，先后宣传受众达20余万人，及时帮助群众阻断转账5起，挽回经济损失10余元，辖区发案同比下降45%。</p></section></section><section normal;">辖区居民陈老两口子曾经作为知识分子支援大西北的时候去了青海，户口也跟着迁到了青海，后来退休回到射阳老家，一直想将户口迁回，但由于青海房子拆迁的原因导致户口动不了，回迁户口的心愿一直未能实现，二老的准迁证明也已失效。何振荣得知情况后，主动上门询问具体情况，看到二老八十多岁高龄、腿脚也十分不便，便帮忙填写相关手续、联系青海的亲戚以及当地的公安机关了解迁户所需材料，最终成功将二老的户口迁至了射阳。为了表达心中的感谢，二老亲手用毛笔写了感谢信，张贴在了派出所大门口。</p><p
