0);">稳定工作事关社会发展大局，事关人民群众切身利益。各镇区、各部门单位要坚持问题导向，进一步夯实工作基础，要针对冬季生产安全事故高发的实际，突出重点行业领域，狠抓安全风险防控，确保不出任何问题；要聚焦危化品、道路交通、建筑施工、城镇燃气、海洋渔业、人员密集场所消防等重点行业领域，深度开展专项整治行动；要进一步强化值班值守，严格执行领导干部带班制度、关键岗位24小时在岗值班制；要加强对安全生产重点行业领域、重要设施和场所等应急准备工作的检查督导，确保措施落实到位。要持续强化入境人员管理，突出抓好高铁站、汽车站、渔港码头等重点入口场所的疫情防控工作；加强主动排查、跨省跨区域协查和流调溯源工作，配足人员力量，做到24小时随时待命；组织各镇区开展小规模疫情处置演练，重点开展小区封控、核酸检测等实战性演练；进一步严格规范集中隔离点管理，强化闭环管理措施；持续组织推进疫苗接种工作，特别是过细做好3-11岁儿童的接种组织动员工作，及时组织疫苗加强针接种工作；从严管控审批各类聚集性活动，全面加强商场超市、农贸市场、学校、企业等人员密集场所和各类密闭空间疫情防控措施，常态化深入基层一线做好督促检查。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
