overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170); font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">暂停医保刷卡联网结算期间，参保人就医、购药时，需先行现金全额垫付相关费用，待恢复新平台医保刷卡联网结算后，持发票和社保卡或医保电子凭证到就医、购药的定点医疗机构、定点零售药店办理现金退费和医保结算。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170); text-indent: 2em; font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">(二)住院办理</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170); font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">1.在院办理：定点医疗机构需在<strong style="overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="text-decoration-line: underline; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">2021年8月13日17时前</span></strong>，将在院医保病人全部转为自费在院，待新平台启用后，重新转回医保结算。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170); font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">2.出院办理：暂停医保刷卡联网结算期间，医保转自费病人可以办理自费出院手续，待新平台启用后，回原就医机构取消自费出院，重新办理医保结算。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170); font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">3.入院办理：暂停医保刷卡联网结算期间，新入院的参保人员先自费登记，待新平台启用后，重新办理医保入院登记、医嘱明细上传等业务。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170); font-size: 15px; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">4.异地就医出院办理：办理异地就医的病人，在暂停医保刷卡联网结算期间，需要出院的，可以办理自费出院手续，携带相关材料到参保地医保经办机构按规定进行报销。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
